Required Experience: Ten (10) years of relevant experience in leading/managing Marketing and Public Relations programs for medium and large organizations — experience in crisis communications is preferred


Ability to lead strategically, effectively collaborate, influence, and navigate multiple projects, teams, and team members internally as well as externally at medium, large and complex organizations.


Exceptional verbal and written communications skills; extensive experience advising mid and senior-level executives.


Evidence of strong relationships with the media and influencers


Ability to write, edit and review press releases, pitches, and other brand communication developed by content writers.



The Senior Director, Public Relations & Brand Communications will lead marketing and public relations projects for businesses in the global supply chain. They will report directly to the CEO.


The candidate will be the leading Marketing and PR strategist for businesses. 


They will help develop marketing and communication strategies that showcase businesses' impact, influence, and thought leadership on a regional, national and global level.


The candidate will serve as an expert advisor to c-suite on media communications while working in collaboration with internal sales and marketing teams.

The role includes managing media relations, providing media training for thought leaders and key executives, real-time support for interviews, and speaking engagements at key physical and virtual events.


The candidate will identify and create suitable media opportunities to build leadership stories, develop and execute marketing and communications strategies. 


The candidate will work with internal team members and directly with journalists and thought leaders to create timely and relevant opportunities for businesses to contribute to the discourse on industry topics of strategic importance.


The candidate will closely work with key leaders in Public Relations, Brand & Marketing, HR/Internal Communications to align strategies, and internal/external messaging.
